We have an opportunity for a Mechatronics Engineering Trainee to join our Honeywell team in Kassel. Mechatronics engineers are among the most sought-after industrial skilled workers. Your tasks in our company include the entire process chain for producing sophisticated devices for our national and international customers. You assemble individual parts into entire assemblies and these assemblies into devices and systems.
Mechatronics engineers program and visualize operational states for control centers, they assemble the appropriate hardware and install the software.
Quality and functional control along the entire process chain is also part of your area of responsibility. One thing flows into the other and you should never lose sight of the bigger picture. Manual skills, intelligent use of modern programs, tools and measuring devices, accuracy and logical thinking are particularly important due to the demanding tasks.

Key responsibilities
- Read circuit diagrams, construction drawings and operating instructions.
- Build mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, assemble components to mechatronic systems.
- Put finished systems into operation, checking systems, customer support.
- Maintain and repair equipment and systems.
- Programming and visualizing operational states for control centers, assembling hardware, installation of software.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- High School Diploma
